After a somewhat cagey opening six minutes, Chelsea took the lead thanks tosome sloppy set-piece defending from the Foxes. Diego Costa ran off the back of Wes Morgan far too easily from a corner, and was able to fire home unopposed at the back post.

The goal sprung Chelsea into life, and they began to play the ball around with more confidence. A great passfrom former Leicester manN'Golo Kante let Eden Hazard in, but his volley was miss-hit.

David Luiz showed his dead ball talents with a wonderful free-kick that rattled the woodworkas Chelsea continued to boss proceedings.

Chelsea did find their third goal late on. An inventive one-two between Moses and Nathaniel Chalobah gave the Nigerian international the chance to finish, and he did so with composure.
