Possibly leaving Chelsea again, after three seasons and a half, and already tracked by Juventus and Manchester United, Serbian international defensive midfielder Nemanja Matic (turning 29 next August 1st), according to Daily Express, has been targeted by Arsenal as well. Gunners are reportedly planning to offer Blues English international Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, in order to try arranging a swap deal.
