And Le 10 Sport says the Italian has moved to bring Hazard into the fold by including him in his transfer plans.
Conte has discussed his summer market targets with Hazard in order to convince him of the club's ambitions. Among the names discussed were two world class stars.
Hazard, whose family is well settled in London, is now leaning towards staying with Chelsea, particularly after being entrusted by Conte with such delicate information.
