Chelsea are chasing Hamburg whizkid Jann-Fiete Arp.
Arp has been tipped for a bright future at Hamburg, and has two hat-tricks at the European Under-17 Championships.
The Mirror says Chelsea have been keeping tabs on the Hamburg forward for over six months.
Arp has a contract at Hamburg until 2018, with sporting director Jens Todt insisting HSV wish to extend his deal.
However, Chelsea are hoping to persuade Arp to join their all-conquering youth ranks, while Borussia Dortmund are also reportedly interested in his signature.
