Chelsea defender Gary Cahill says the passion of manager Antonio Conte has been a key driver in their title success.
Chelsea secured the Premier League title with victory at West Brom last night.
Cahill was asked about life under Conte, who it is fair to say has endeared himself to the Chelsea faithful all over the world.
"He's done it with hard work and passion," Cahill said. "He's very intense in a good way. He drills us every day, tirelessly. We've all chipped in, we've all bought into it and he's been fantastic.
"We spoke before the game today, these opportunities like this don't come around every day and you have to grab them with both hands. He said to keep calm and play our football.
"He's so passionate for us to win, but in certain situations he wants to have that calm. He said the same at half-time, maybe we were trying to force things and they made it very difficult, defended very well, got bodies behind the ball, so we had to be patient to break it down."
