Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has thrown a word of caution in the air by claiming that the title race is not over yet.
Following their win over Middlesbrough on Monday, the Blues need just three points from their remaining three fixtures to secure the league title.
However, the Spaniard insists that the job is not done yet. He said: "We are close, but in football nothing is done until it is done. Hopefully on Friday we can have the title. It would be amazing to do it then.
"Today is a big step but nothing is done yet. I have experience in winning titles and the quicker you can get it done the better. Trust me."
