Rahman has has struggled to cope with the demands of the English Premier League since joining Chelsea from Augsburg on a £14 million deal at the beginning of the season.

The London-based club have often been criticised for letting young players leave without getting a chance to prove themselves and Rahman is likely to follow that trend with his impending exit.

The Ghana international has made a total of 12 Premier League appearances for the London based club this season.
