Chinese Owners Set to Make Drastic Changes at AC Milan Once Takeover Is Complete

Sino-Europe Sports are set to takeover AC Milan and are prepared to remove head coach Vincenzo Montella from his position, according toGOAL.


Montella was appointed manager of theRossoneri in June last year and his short tenure is set to end once the Chinese investorstake over the Italian giants - still,Montella obviously still hopes to keep his job and insists he has no regrets since taking the helm at the San Siro.


Milan currently sit seventh in Serie A and recently ran out 1-0 winners over Sassuolo thanks to Carlos Bacca's penalty.

If the Italian does lose his job, the owners will be tasked with the search for his replacement and wont be short of options due to the reputation of AC Milan, along with the new influx of money into the club.


Speaking to the press on Saturday,Montella stated: "One of the happiest moments of my career was signing for Milan, a dream I'd had since childhood,If I should remain, I'd be very happy."

Milan are still in the hunt for continental football and their victory over Sassuolo has edged them closer to their goal. They're now four points behind fourth placed Atlanta and welcome Chievo to the San Siro for there next fixture.
