Supporters of Newcastle United have heaped praises on Christian Atsu for his performance in their 2-1 loss against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.
The 27-year-old who has had to play second fiddle to a number of other options in Newcastle’s attack this season kept his place in the team after an impressive display in the draw against Everton in midweek.
The Ghanaian was deployed as a second strike behind Salomon Rondon but the St. James' Park outfit were pipped 2-1 by Wolves.
And although Rafa Benitez's side were unable to pick up the three points, many of their fans were impressed by Atsu’s display in the contest.
