Clinton Antwi ready to work hard at Esbjerg fB to help club

Ghanaian international Clinton Antwi has expressed his readiness to work his socks off at new club Esbjerg fB to help the club achieve its goals.

The Danish lower-tier club on Wednesday morning sealed a deal to sign the left-back from FC Nordsjaelland on a season-long loan.

“Esbjerg fB strengthens the team with left-back Clinton Antwi, who has been hired until this summer in FC Nordsjælland. The 20-year-old Ghanaian joins immediately”, a club statement announced today.

In a post on his Twitter page, the full-back says he is privileged to join the club and will work hard for the team.

“I’m humbled and privileged to join the Esbjerg fb family on a season loan from FC Nordsjaelland.

“I’m super grateful for the opportunity that both clubs have given me, excited to smashsmart on and off the pitch with the team. Willing to learn and work hard for the team”, Clinton Antwi posted on his twitter page.

The defender is determined to enjoy a successful campaign and has also noted that he wants to help the club gain promotion to the Danish Superliga.
