Coach Bashir Hayford has been heavily linked to the Hearts of Oak vacant coaching job.
The Phobians are in the market looking for a trainer following the resignation of interim coach Yaw Preko last Friday.
Their pre season plans have been distorted with players agitating for their unpaid salaries and the latest being Yaw Preko's resignation.
With the league kick off some few weeks away, the management are in talks with Bashir Hayford to take over the team.
Bashir Hayford is currently unattached after leaving former premier champions AshantiGold.
