Inter Allies coach Prince Owusu says the practice of club owners and administrators putting players on coaches in the country must stop. He reckons that coaches in the Ghana league must be given the freedom to recruit players that can help their course.

”I want to talk something now I think this year everybody should listen carefully, let’s talk to our team owners that they should do the best thing, the best thing they have to do is to hire and coach and allow him to do his own recruitment,” Owusu said after his side played out 0-0 draw game with Kotoko in Kumasi

”This coach[ Dzravko Logarusic] here is coaching and he wants to play system but he doesn’t have the guys to play that role, he is finding difficulties and we have been blaming him, it s not good because he didn’t do his own recruitment the same thing is happening to Accra Hearts of Oak right now as we speak.

”They finished recruitment before they had a coach so when that happens the coach comes and has no choice than to use those players which makes the work very difficult for them” he said at a post match conference on Sunday.
