Concrete works have commenced on Hearts of Oak’s Pobiman Academy Project as the first phase of the project nears completion.
The project after hanging in the air for years finally started in the first week of July on the back of a short sod-cutting ceremony.
Currently being undertaken by K.A Estate Company Limited, the local contractors are expected to bring their work to an end in the next month.
After that, Turkish firm Prefabex Yapi Teknolojiller San Ve Tic Limited will take over for the major works.
Upon completion, the Pobiman Academy Project will boast of a staff residence, senior housing unit, gym, training centers, laundry, swimming pool, lockers, toilet facilities, kitchen, as well as a dining hall.
