CONFIRMED: Afriyie Acquah earns start as Ghana names line up to face Tunisia

Torino midfielder Afriyie Acquah has been handed a starting role as Coach Kwasi Appiah Ghana names an attacking line up to face Tunisia on Monday evening in the Round of 16 of the #TotalAFCON2019

Acquah displayed an amazing performance for the Black Stars after coming on in their 2-0 win over Guinea-Bissau in their last group game.

Ghana coach Kwasi Appiah has effected at least a change in his line up for each game played at the group stages and the Torino midfielder has been preferred to Kwabena Owusu.

With the performance of Acquah and his experience, Ghana is expected to grind the Tunisians on Monday evening.

Baba Rahman and Andy Yiadom have been maintained in their positions on the left and right side of defence respectively while Kassim Nuhu returns to partner John Boye.

Mubarak Wakaso and Afriyie Acquah start in a defensive midfield role while an attacking midfield trio of Samuel Owusu, Thomas Partey and Andre Ayew play behind Jordan Ayew who will lead the attack.
