Asante Kotoko general Manager Opoku Nti says veteran coach Malik Jabir is been considered for the Technical advisor role. Jabir was spotted at the Kotoko’s Adako Jachie training ground last Friday morning.
Kotoko are keen on turning their current poor form around with eight matches to end this season’s Ghana Premier League.
“We are considering him for that role because we think he is capable and has what it takes to help the team,” he said
“He has been to the training ground to speak to the players but we have not concluded anything with him.
“But i can tell you he is favourite and likely to land the role.”
The Porcupine Warriors are winless in their last 5 matches and will be hoping to bounce back when they face Dreams FC at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
