N'Golo Kante believes Chelsea have been put in a "winning mentality" by their manager Antonio Conte.
The Frenchman joined Chelsea this season after helping lead Leicester to an unthinkable Premier League title win last campaign.
As well as being a key figure in Chelsea's title success this season, the 26-year old has been rewarded with individual honours such as the PFA and WFA Player of the Year awards.
Speaking after picking up his WFA award, Kante was quick to praise his manager.
"He [Conte] had a very clear idea of what he wanted from the team, and from me," said Kante.
"Since I joined Chelsea he puts a winning mentality on everyone.
"The hard work, the important little details, he's a winner. He's a hard worker, he wants to work, work and repeat in every training session to win at the weekend."
