Conte warns Chelsea they must keep Courtois, Hazard

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has warned the club they cannot afford to lose Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois.

Both Belgium stars are targets for Real Madrid.

But Conte says: "I think the club want to fight to win every competition. We have the same ambition. For this reason we try to keep the best players.

"We must enjoy and celebrate because when you work hard it is important to celebrate.

"And also to prepare for the final of the FA Cup, because we have the opportunity to win the Double."
