Former Ghana U-20 defender, Bright Addae has revealed that he trains with his teammates at Juve Stabia via a video call on Skype due to restrictions caused by the Coronavirus.

COVID-19, as it is largely called now, has had a big impact in Italy where just like in other parts of the world, it has forced the suspension of all top-flight as well as lower-division leagues.

As a way of improvising to ensure players continue to train to stay in good shape, Juve Stabia has been helping its players train with the help of modern technology.

“Because everything has been suspended we don’t go for training anymore. What we do now is we train at home. The club has a group chat on skype where they call us so that we all train together online”, Juve Stabia defender Bright Addae told Accra 100.5FM over the weekend during a phone interview.

He added, “So you will be in your room and follow what the physical trainer will be instructing you to do via Skype”.

The football governing body continues to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 and will make a decision as to whether it will resume or not on April 15, 2020.
