Despite his relatively short time in Turin, Cristiano Ronaldo has requested extra security detail from Juventus.
While the Bianconeri have already been careful with their new signing, drawing up special plans for the Portuguese’s safety during the visit to Verona to face Chievo, Ronaldo has asked for specific coverage to ensure that he and his family remain safe at all times.
His club have granted the extra bodyguards, so as well as having a personal detail with him at all times, the former Real Madrid man has made sure that his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their four children will be watched over, thus maintaining a permanent presence at his home.
The acclimatisation phase to his new city looks to have come to an end with this request, as Ronaldo looks to have settled into his new surroundings. Even his eldest son Cristiano Junior has joined up with Juventus’ football school and scored on his debut with the Under-9s.
