Crystal Palace boss Sam Allardyce has criticised David Moyes over his handling of the Sunderland job.
Allardyce has said he is keen to avoid another relegation battle next season, but says he would not follow in the footsteps of his friend Moyes, who admitted soon after taking the Sunderland job at the beginning of this season that his side were in a relegation dogfight.
"I would say we would be in a relegation battle if after six-to-eight games we're in the bottom three, then we'd be in a relegation battle, but I'd never say it at the beginning of the season," he said.
