The Daily Mail says Crystal Palace boss Frank De Boer is hopeful of beating Watford to the loan signing of Fosu-Mensah.

Both clubs are waiting to see if United manager Jose Mourinho will allow the 19-year-old to go.

And De Boer hopes the Dutch connection will swing the deal in his favour.
