Ghanaian international Daniel Amartey has emerged as one of the five transfer targets of Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor as they look to strengthen in the January transfer window.
The defender recently recovered from a long term injury and despite not featuring in any game for his Leicester City side, he looks to have attracted strong interests from the Trabzon-based club.
According to reports, Trabzonspor club President Ahmet Ağaoğlu has lined up five players that he is hoping to at least successfully sign two in the January transfer window.
Black Stars center back Danie Amartey is one of them with the other four including Yunus Malli, Badou Ndiaye, Emre Kilinc, and Mert Hakan Yanduk.
Though Leicester City will want to hold on to the versatile player, lack of playing time is likely going to propel the Ghanaian to seek a move to Turkey if Trabzonspor comes calling.
If he does secure a transfer to the side, he will play alongside compatriot Caleb Ekuban.
