Dauda Mohammed has no future at Anderlecht; Set to be released this summer

Striker Dauda Mohammed will be shown the exit door at RSC Anderlecht this summer, report reaching footballghana.com has revealed.

The young forward joined the Belgian Jupiler Pro League club in 2017 following an outstanding season with Ghana Premier League giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko where he scored 8 goals after making 20 appearances.

He arrived at Anderlecht with so much potential but could not cement a place in the first team of the club. He will subsequently be sent out on loan at Dutch Eredivisie side Vitesse.

There he did quite well but a move to sign him on a permanent basis did not go through. Dauda Mohammed later had to return to his parent club and was sent out on loan again to Danish side Esbjerg fB at the beginning of this season.

With the season set to end this year, Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws is reporting that Anderlecht has decided to let go of 7 of its 17 loaned players.

The paper has revealed that Ghanaian international Dauda Mohammed is one of the players who have no future at the club and will be released in the summer transfer window or better still be sold if an offer comes through.

At Esbjerg FB this season, the former Kotoko hitman has made 15 appearances and has scored 2 goals in the process.
