Dauda Mohammed reckons Kotoko overused him last season

Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker, Dauda Mohammed has revealed he was overused by Asante Kotoko in the just ended Ghana Premier League season.

Dauda who emerged as the club’s top scorer with 12 goals played in almost all the games for the porcupine warriors.

The 19-year-old acknowledged his club’s lack of attackers made him over worked.

"There was a lot of injuries that hit the team as there weren't any option than for me to play. For example, in our game against Wa All Stars most of the players like Obed Owusu got injured and the teams were bereft of front line options,” said Dauda

“I had to sacrifice and play in the game, if such situation happens, you the player need to be engaged a lot for your club. Most at times, I'm even forced to play matches which I normally decline but to no avail.” He added.
