Defender Samuel Frimpong happy to join BIG club Medeama SC

Former Asante Kotoko defender, Samuel Frimpong has shared his excitement after joining fellow Ghana Premier League outfit Medeama SC.

The full-back last season started the campaign with the Porcupine Warriors but subsequently had to go out on loan at Karela United.

Ahead of the start of the 2021/2022 football season, Samuel Frimpong has been signed by Medeama SC on a two-year contract.

Speaking to the media team of the club after his unveiling, the defender says he is happy to join one of the big clubs in the country.

“Medeama is one of the biggest clubs in Ghana and the chance to join them is something I couldn’t turn down.

“I am very happy to join the group and look forward to meeting my teammates to get started. Having spoken to the coach, I am convinced this is the right place for me to continue with my career,” he said as quoted on the website of Medeama SC.

Samuel Frimpong added, “I want to make an impact here and I will give everything to become part of this fantastic club’s history.”
