Spanish giants Barcelona have reportedly turned their attentions away from Lyon striker Memphis Depay to Willian Jose according to Spanish newspaper Sport.
Depay was targeted by the Catalans after failing in their attempts to sign Lautaro Martinez and had already agreed personal terms with the player according to reports.
However, they are seriously considering Jose, a striker of Real Sociedad instead. Jose, according to reports, will cost Barcelona around 28 million pounds to sign.
Sociedad inserted a huge £64m release clause on Jose but after his turbulent season, the club are willing to lower his valuation significantly.
Barcelona may well take Depay but the consideration of Jose makes a potential deal bleak.
