Following the cancelation of the last football season in the country, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has selected the Miners to represent the country in the CAF Confederations Cup competition next season.

With the challenge ahead in mind, Ashanti Gold SC has decided to strengthen its squad. As reported by your most trusted online portal earlier, the officials of the club are close to signing Aduana Stars striker Yahaya Mohammed.

Information picked up from Angel FM’s Saddick Obama has revealed that the striker will be signed on a season-long loan deal.

For his wages, he will be taking home a monthly salary of GHS8,000.

The Miners are keen on making the deal happen and are now said to be just a paperwork away from sealing the deal for the lethal forward who netted 11 goals in 14 appearances in the recently canceled Ghana Premier League campaign.
