Technical Director for Dreams FC, Karim Zito has implored the new elected president of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Kurt Okraku to develop grassroots football and add value to the technical directorate as well.

Kurt Okraku emerged as the new head of the country’s football governing body after beating competition from George Afriyie, Fred Pappoe, Nana Yaw Amponsah, as well as Lawyers Amanda Clinton and George Ankomah Mensah at an Extraordinary Congress last month.

The owner of Dreams FC is expected to work together with an Executive Council as well as some other stakeholders to transform the sport in the country for the next four years when their mandate expires.

Speaking in an interview with Angel FM, Karim Zito says Kurt Okraku should take a critical look at developing grassroots football and add value to technical directorate at the GFA.

“The new GFA President, Kurt Okraku must tackle two things immediately. Add value to the technical directorate of the FA, develop Grassroots football”, the former Asante Kotoko coach shared.
