Crystal Palace and Accra Young Wise both missed the chance to go top of the Division one League in the zone three as their game at Akotex Akosombo Park ended in a goalless draw.
A win for Palace would have taken them above Okyeman Planners in the division, while the Wise Ants needed victory to move out of relegation, but neither could find a winner in 90 minutes.
The host almost broke the deadlock in the first half, while Wise goalkeeper made several fine saves for the visitors.
The Wise Ants almost stole all three points in the last minutes but saved by Palace goalie.
It was a game that deserved a goal, but the wastefulness of both teams in the final third ended the game in a goalless draw.
Young Wise Sporting Director Ibrahim Sannie:
"It was two really good teams going at it in those conditions, but overall our performance warranted the three points.
"If any team was going to win the game, we deserved it, especially in the second half as we were so dominant.
