Ghana National Division One League side, Bofoakwa Tano has announced that they have appointed trainer Kwaku Danso as the club’s new head coach.

It comes after the club last month parted ways with highly-rated coach Ibrahim Mohammed after reflecting on the 2020/2021 National Division One League season.

Preparing for the next football season, Bofoakwa Tano has reached a deal with a new head coach to take over and start pre-season with the side.

“We are glad to announce Coach Kwaku Danso as our New Head Coach after an agreement was reached today.

“He joins us with massive experience from various levels of Ghana Football Associations (GFA) football,” an official statement from the lower-tier club has said.

According to footballghana.com sources, coach Kwaku Danso has inked a two year contract with Bofoakwa Tano.

He has been tasked to lead the team to secure promotion to the Ghana Premier League at the end of the 2021/2022 football season.
