Kumasi Asante Kotoko has sealed the signing of highly-rated midfielder Latif Anabila ahead of the start of the new football season, footballghana.com can report.
The Porcupine Warriors club has been linked with a move for the midfielder for the last 6 months and beyond. Although at a point it looked unlikely for the deal to happen as a result of a self-imposed transfer ban, the new CEO and the board of the Reds have ensured the service of the player is secured.
A statement from Asante Kotoko on the club's Twitter page reads, “W e l c o m e L A T I F A N A B I L A.
“The Former Ashanti Gold SC midfielder joins us on a 3-year contract”.
Latif Anabila joins the likes of Emmanuel Keyekeh, Patrick Asmah, Yusif Mubarik, and Razak Abalora as new players signed by Kotoko ahead of the start of the 2020/2021 football season.
