Dortmund Star Ousmane Dembele Clocked Playing as Premier League Club in FM 17

Borussia Dortmund pulled off one of the coups of the summer by signing French wonderkid Ousmane Dembele, didn't they?

The former Rennes starlet only moved to the Signal Iduna Parkin July, but he is already tearing it up in the Bundesliga for Thomas Tuchel's men, with two goals and six assists in 17 appearances being proof to that.

In snapping up the highly-rated 19-year-old ahead of other top European sides, Dortmund are certainly benefitting from the outstanding piece of business.

However, such is the talent of Dembele, should the German outfit be slightly worried over richer clubs whisking the teenager away? If a recent twitter image is anything to go by, they may have cause for concern over one Premier League club in particular:

Yep, Dembele is playing as none other than Liverpool on Football Manager 2017.

Of course, the France international could just be playing for the fun of it, or he could be trying to get to grips with his own in-game brand of former Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp's tactics at Anfield.

Whatever it is, the strength of the Football Manager brand shows no signs of abating when stars such as Dembele are playing it. Let's just hope for Dortmund's sake that he's not using the game to brush up on his Liverpool history!
