Footballghana.com can report that Kumasi Asante Kotoko board member Dr. Kofi Amoa-Abban has presented a Toyota Prado and Toyota Fortuner to the club's Chief Executive Officer and head coach respectively.
These official cars are to help solve the CEO and head coach's transportation issues as they work on preparing the team for the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season and CAF Champions League respectively.
Earlier this week, after his formal unveiling by the 12-member board of directors, Nana Yaw Amponsah began his duties at the Kumasi-based club. He has since visited the club's secretariat to meet the staff who were happy to see their new boss.
Dr. Amoa-Abban was named among the 12-member Asante Kotoko Board of Directors by his Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II in June.
He is also the co-founder of PresureTech Engineering a segment to the RigWorld International Services, which offers engineering solutions to oil and gas companies in Ghana.
Dr. Amoa-Abban donated food items to every Muslim player in Asante Kotoko during their Eid Al-Adhar festival celebrations.
