The Chairman of the Normalization Committee Dr. Kofi Amoah has hinted on plans laid out to hand over football administration to the right people.

Speaking on Good evening Ghana with Paul Adom Otchere on Metro Tv,  he stated the three core major mandate handed to them by FIFA has been well executed.

"The normalization committee has pretty much finished with it major mandate, we had a three core mandate and these are to oversee the day to day running of the Ghana football, organisation of women's AWCON and the status of which we are done with all"

"When the time is due nomination will be opened, forms can be picked at the GFA or the RFA's afterwards candidates will be vetted through the integrity test"

"To my brothers and sisters in the football loving community, the Lord has brought us to the end game of getting the football back into the hands of the football people"

The commitee was set up following an  investigative piece titled Number 12 which was carried out by  journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, the documentary captured several corrupt activities by referees, and some football administrators.

The investigation affected football activities by forcing some local football administrators captured in the video to resign with some referees across Africa receiving bans ranging from short-term to life.
