Respected football pundit, Collins Atta Poku has called on Hearts of Oak board member, Dr Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe to leave the club.

His comments come after Alhaji Akanbi, who is also a board member of the club released a statement saying he will resign from the board in the next meeting.

This decision emerges after he was accused of interference following the departure of Kosta Papic.

And according to the award-winning sports journalist, it's about time Dr Nyaho Tamakloe also resign from the Hearts of Oak board.

"It's about time Dr Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe leaves Hearts of Oak board," he said.

"He has been there for some years and nothing is changing. The future of Hearts of Oak look bleak and he must follow Alhaji Akanbi and leave the club.

"Togbe Afede inherited a club who have won the Champions League and Confederations Cup but this current board have failed and they must go," he added.

The entire technical team have resigned with U-15 coach, Samuel Nii Noi now in charge on the interim.
