The Executive chairman of Dreams FC, Kurt Okraku has lauded John Antwi for helping Egyptian side Al Ahly win this season’s league.

Ahly clinched the title after Zamalek drew 1-1 with Al Masry as Friday’s results put the Red Castle on top of league standings, seven points clear of second-placed Zamalek with only two rounds remaining.

The Egyptian giants needed only nine minutes to open the scoring. Momen Zakaria’s header rebounded from the post for Ramadan Sobhy to convert into Ismaily’s net putting Al Ahly in the lead.

John Antwi’s contribution towards Ahly winning the title has been recognized by many including his former team Dreams FC’s executive chairman Kurt Okraku.

“Congratulations on you winning the Egyptian League title.....people are taking notice....still believe”, he posted on his twitter page
