Ghanaian forward Raphael Dwamena's contract with Real Zaragoza is likely to be terminated according to reports from Spain.
Dwamena was loaned to Zaragoza from Levante, a stay he was enjoying till he was diagnosed with a heart condition that sidelined him indefinitely.
Dwamena is undergoing further medical tests and treatment and may have to return to his parent while he undergoes rehabilitation.
The 24-year-old played nine matches with two goals for the Spanish lower division side.
