English-born Ghanaian international, Eddie Nketia has revealed that he opted to join championship side Leeds United because of the rich history of the club.
The highly-rated youngster completed a season long-long move to the club from Arsenal last week though there were other top clubs in the top-flight league interested in his service.
Having joined the Yorkshire club, the forward has revealed that he snubbed the other clubs because the history of Leeds United excited him.
“It's a great feeling to finally get it over the line and I'm really excited, looking forward to the future. Hopefully, I can develop the way I want to develop and help the club reach its goals”.
“It was a tough decision, but the history of the club, the past [helped me make my choice], the attacker said.
Eddie Nketia, 24, has joined the English Championship side in hopes of enjoying more first-team action to ensure he continues his development.
