The Pharoah's of Egypt will be without tricky winger Mahmoud "Kahraba" Abdel-Moneim when they take-on the Black Stars of Ghana next month in a crucial 2018 World Cup qualifier.

Kahraba, 22, is on-loan from Zamalek at Ittihad of Jeddah in the Saudi league and has produced some stellar performances in the Saudi league as well as Crown Prince Cup.

He was part of an initial 10-man list which was announced by Egypt coach Hector Cuper for the game but the player has announced that he will miss the November 13 clash in Cairo.

"Medical scans have showed that I will be out of action for three weeks," Kahraba announced on his Instagram account.

He sustained the muscle injury last Friday during Ittihad of Jeddah's game against Al-Hilal in the Saudi league

The Pharoahs boast a two-point adavantage over the Black Stars heading into the match after they beat Congo 2-1 and Ghana were held 0-0 by Uganda in the opening round of games in Group E.
