The winger was one of the most exciting players in the Ghana Premier League, with his pace and trickery on the flanks earning him the nickname “Neymar.”

Having enjoyed a good season in Ghana’s top flight, Tweneboah insists he was happy with his performances.

“This is my first season in the Ghana Premier League, I have never played in it before so I promised myself at the start of the season I was going to put in my best for the fans to see my potential,” he told Happy FM.

“The determination I had and with the help of God, I had a very good season.”

Tweneboah’s performance has attracted interest from other club’s but the winger says he wants to enjoy the off season before making a decision about his future.

“We just ended the season so I haven’t even rested to even make my mind on a move. It will take time for me to make a move. When the offer comes and it’s good, that’s when I can decide I will move but if the offer is not good, I don’t think I will make a move.”

Elmina Sharks finished the season on 9th position with 42 points, five points adrift of relegation.
