Emmanuel Banahene signs for Saudi second-tier Al-Shoalah FC on loan

Ghana striker Emmanuel Banahene, affectionately known as Mboma has joined Saudi second-tier Al-Shoalah FC on loan.

Banahene joins the side from Egyptian side Al Ittihad Alexandria on Monday.

He is expected to stay with the club until the end of the season.

Al-Shoalah is a second tier club in Saudi Arabia and has Egyptian Khaled Jalal as the manager.

Al Ittihad Alexandria will be earning around US$ 50,000 from the deal.

The 30 year-old has netted three goals in fifteen appearances in the Egypt Premier League so far.
