Boateng scored his first goal for the side as they drew 2-2 with Madrid last Saturday.

"I am feeling very good because I am receiving a lot of calls and the messages from Ghana and it has really made me happy and I am proud of myself," Boateng told Levante's official website.

"I thank God for how far he has brought me because it is not easy to score against a big team like Real Madrid, so I am really happy."
