Ghanaian defender Emmanuel Ntim believes his outfit are ready for their game against Dijon in the French Ligue 2.

Dijon will play host to Valenciennes on Friday night and according to the Ghanaian, his outfit are battle ready for the much-anticipated game.

The towering guardsman featured when Valenciennes beat Bastia in midweek, saying victory in that game gives the team confidence ahead of Dijon match.

“When you win, it necessarily gives the group confidence, but I've known since the start of the season that we have a good team. We have good players; we make a good team. It wasn't easy for us, but it feels good to win”

Despite anticipating a difficult game against Dijon, he insisted the side is ready for the game as they aim to pick the three points at stake.

“I think it will be. It's a team that is trained to come back up. They had a difficult start to the season but they are starting to win. They have good individualities like Mickaël Le Bihan, we all know that. On our side, we are well and we are ready for this match”

“It's always good to draw an away game, but we don't come here for that. We will fight for 90 minutes and the best team will win. The team, the players, the staff, we are ready to fight”
