Emmanuel Osei Kuffour urges Hearts of Oak and Kotoko to restructure recruitment plans

Former Ghana international Emmanuel Osei Kuffour has entreated both Hearts of Oak and Kotoko to restructure their recruitment plans in order to secure the services of top players in the country.

Both Hearts and Kotoko have struggled to attract the best players in the local scene in recent times as compared to previous years.

However, Kuffour who featured for both teams before retirement has called on the two most glamorous clubs in the country to take a look at their acquisition going forward.

“During our time, all the best players in the country were always joining us, but it’s different now,” Kuffour explained. “Hearts and Kotoko are not attracting the best of players anymore, and it is a major worry. Their management should sit up and restructure their recruitment plans well.” he told Onua Sports.

With four matches to end this season’s league, Aduana lead the table with Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko occupying fifth and sixth points respectively.
