Ernest Asante has thanked his club for being by his side during his injury and helping him recover.
Asante who joined Cyprus club Omonia Nicosia from Fujairah FC during the summer of 2020 was speaking to the club's website about his time out of action and their game against PAEEK.
How do you expect the match with PAEEK?
"I'm waiting for a good game. "No game is easy, so we will give it our all."
What are the keys for Omonia to get the three points?
"We have to be focused and do our job. To follow the instructions of our coach and so, I know we will get the three points ". He played in the starting lineup after a long time and scored. How did you feel; "I felt very good. "I am happy to be back and to play again with my teammates."
How was the period without football?
"It was difficult, but the good thing was that I had good people around me and they motivated me. So, it was not like a headache for me, it was okay and now I'm back. "
