Ghanaian international Evans Mensah has completed a loan move to Portuguese side Portimonense to help them in the second half of the 2019/2020 season.

The diminutive winger has joined the side from Qatari side Al Duhail. It is his second move in the past month after he moved to the Asian country from Finish club HJK Helsinki on a four-year deal.

Evans Mensah has now been poached back to Europe where he has signed a one and a half year loan deal with Portuguese top-flight side Portimonense.

The Black Star attacker has been signed to use his quality to help the club improve its 16th position on the Portuguese Primeira Liga.

The 21-year-old enjoyed a very good 2019 and will be hoping to replicate the same form this year.

Not only was he outstanding for HJK Helsinki in Finland, but he was also an important asset of the Black Meteors team that played at the CAF U-23 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament hosted in Egypt.

The former Inter Allies man joins his team to begin work ahead of the return of the Primeira Liga.
