Former vice-president of The Ghana Football Association, Fred Pappoe is worried Ghana might miss out on the 2018 FIFA world cup slated for Russia.
The Accra Great Olympics director who once served as Chairman of the management Committee for the national team, says things are currently not done well from both the Sports ministry and the GFA’s end.
Mr. Pappoe who in August 2015 revealed that he will not contest for an Executive Committee seat on the Ghana Football Association again, believes if the right things are not done, Ghana might miss out on her fourth successive world cup appearance.
"If we continue doing things the way we are doing without calling on board everybody in position who can deliver and get the team on course, we [Ghana] will not get anywhere." Mr.Pappoe told OTEC FM.
Mr. Fred Pappoe is currently engaged with Great Olympics who are preparing to storm the Ghana Premier League next season after emerging champions of the GN Bank division one league’s zone three.
