Kuwaiti top-flight side, Al Qadsiya has announced the signing of former Accra Hearts of Oak defender Vincent Atinga from Albanian side Tirana FC.
The Ghanaian international enjoyed a good campaign with Tirana FC last season where he played alongside former Phobia darling boy Winful ‘the skillful’ Cobbinah.
The dependable defender managed to make 16 appearances for the club and impressed throughout the period.
Footballghana.com can exclusively report that Atinga completed the transfer on Tuesday afternoon after agreeing to terms with the club in the presence of his manager, Ibrahim Sana.
Having joined the Kuwaiti side, Vincent Atinga will be playing alongside fellow countryman Rashid Sumaila who recently returned from his loan spell with Red Star Belgrade.
