Ghana international, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh is close to completing a switch to German Bundesliga side SC Freiburg.

Last month, the attacker was close to joining Werder Bremen in the German Bundesliga 2 but the deal did not go through.
This week, sources are reporting that SC Freiburg are leading the race for the signature of the highly-rated attacking midfielder.
Checks have revealed that talks are progressing very well and the attacker is likely to complete the switch from FC St. Pauli to Freiburg before the end of this month.
Last season, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh made 29 appearances for FC St. Pauli in the German Bundesliga 2.
He scored 12 goals and provided 10 assists as well.
