Ghanaian defender Abdul Baba Rahmanis expected to leave English Premier League side Chelsea to join a new club in the on-going transfer window, Footballghana.com has learnt.
The Blues have opted to sell the 25-year-old who is in the last year of his contract on a permanent basis this summer.
According to reports in London, the former Asante Kotoko left-back is deemed as surplus to requirement by new manager Frank Lampard ahead of the 2019/20 season.
He spent half of last season with French Ligue 1 side Stade Reims where he made 11 appearances with a goal and assist.
Since joining Chelsea from Augsburg around a transfer fee of 20 million euros in 2015, he has been loaned to two clubs namely Schalke 04 and Stade Reims.
